Angel Performance Art will hold two sessions of dance workshop for children of age 8 and up in August. In each session, there will be two classes for students of 8-10 years old and those above 10 years old. Each class will learn a solo dance, a group dance, Chinese dance basics, and classical Chinese dance movement. The renowned Chinese dance performer and teacher Ms. Ke, Lin will teach the solo dance and Chinese dance basics. Art director and choreographer of Angel Dance Troupe, Ke Ke, will teach the group dance and classical Chinese dance movement. Stage makeup classes will also be offered. An Irish step dance or Jazz will also be taught by invited teacher. There will be a performance at 2:00pm on the last day of the workshop. The student has to turn 8 prior to 9/1/2008. Fee is $360 (including lunch, Make check payable to Angel Performance Art) before May 1 and $390 after May 1.
