LI YUN-JIE
Renowned performance artist of the National Theatre Company of China (NTCC), Ms. Li's major theatre works include Jianzhen Dongdu (Monk Jianzhen Sails East), Faust, The Quiet Morning, and Jiao Wo Yisheng Ge (Call me brother). His film and television pieces include Yueliang bu zai shui zhong (The Moon is not in the Water), Wudu (The Foggy Capital), Dalu Chaotian (The Road Faces the Sky), Hongfen Naner (The Sassy Man), and Yuanshan Jiedi (Brother and Sister of the far mountains). Winner of many awards, including the China Plum Blossom Award for Drama, Ms. Li has been working in the profession for over thirty years, accumulating a wealth of experiences related to performing arts which she so generously shares with students here and in her homeland. When not performing abroad, Ms. Li resides in Beijing.

LI SONG-LIN
Well-known in China for his work as a dramatic performance artist, Mr. Li has dedicated nearly four decades of life to theatre, television, and motion pictures. He has played leading roles in countless grand-scale dramas including Wanshui Qianshan (Thousands of Waters and Mountains) and Dongdu, Dongdu (Sail east, sail east), and in scores of films and TV series including The July 7th Incident, The Soong Sisters, and The New Dragon Gate Inn, and Ximen Wuhen. In 2005, Mr Li was awarded the prestigious China Performance Art Achievement Prize.

ZHANG RUI
Ms. Zhang's professional dance training spans more than thirty years as a dance performance artist. With three decades of stage experience, Ms. Zhang has played a wide variety of important roles in large-scale dance dramas including Hongse Niangzejun (Red Detachment of Women), Baimaonu (the White-haired Girl), and Yimeng Song (Ode to Yimeng). She has also participated in several scores of ethnic and folk dance performances. She is currently sharing her wealth of performance art knowledge as a dance instructor.

MA RUI-ZENG
Born to a family of renowned Peking Opera artists, Mr. Ma started professional ethnic dance at an early age, eventually graduating from the Art Department at Beijing Normal University. He is currently Director of Beijing Cultural Bureau Grand-Scale Activity Office and Curator of Beijing People’s Public Cultural Center, and has accumulated a great deal of valuable experience in a career ranging from dancer to that of art cultural manager. Mr. Ma devotes much of his time these days to popularizing public art culture, education, and organizing large-scale cultural activities.
